The Quantity Survey Engineer shall be in responsible of
· Preparation of Zero Cost Budget
· Preparation of Master Construction Schedule and Micro Level Schedule
· Estimation of Resources Requirement based on the Schedule
· Preparation of Monthly Client Bill & Getting Approval.
· Preparation of Fortnightly Sub Contractor / PRW Bills based on the work done
· Preparing monthly Cost reports, progress reports, Cashflow reports etc.
· Preparing Material reconciliation statement based on the Qty. of Materials received, used, balance on site and then calculate the material wastage.
· Identifying and Negotiating Sub Contractors & recommending to Head office for issue of work orders
· Identifying Non Tendered Items on execution and providing details to Head Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
