As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to lead new business development, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Proservartner's growth strategy.
This is a hunter-focused role, responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities across target markets and sectors. The successful candidate will build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, engage senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
The role requires a commercially driven individual with a proven track record of selling consulting, transformation, outsourcing, or professional services solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities across target industries and geographies.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and market engagement activities.
- Expand Proservartner's footprint within existing and new markets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges and business objectives to position Proservartner’s services effectively.
- Build trusted advisor relationships that create long-term partnership opportunities.
- Support account expansion and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
Commercial Leadership
- Develop compelling commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to develop client solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand-building initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support business planning.
- Act as a senior ambassador for Proservartner in the marketplace.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of successful sales or business development experience within consulting, professional services, outsourcing, transformation, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience selling services into Shared Services, GBS, Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, or Transformation functions is highly desirable.
- Strong experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value opportunities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
