- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Salary range will be 8k to 12k
