The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing business development activities, and overseeing the performance of the sales team within a designated geographical region. This role involves strategic planning, market expansion, key account management, and achieving revenue targets customer.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The details of your role as a Regional Sales Manager will be as follows:
ü Formulate strategies to meet sales targets based on market analysis and business goals.
ü Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to forecast demand.
ü Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
ü Identify and onboard new distributors or retail partners to enhance market coverage.
ü Ensure an optimal inventory level across the distribution network to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
ü Analyze regional sales performance to identify opportunities and address challenges.
ü Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches.
ü Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management. Supply
ü Communicate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
KEY METRICS OF SUCCESS
· Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
· Growth in market share and brand visibility.
· Efficient management of the regional sales team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Graduate/Postgraduate degree
· 6-11 years of experience in mobile sales with proven track record
· Must be located in commutable distance to job location (s) Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, Lucknow, Bihar, Chandigarh, Delhi (local candidate preferred)
· Ability to drive mobile sales through B2B trading
· Willingness to work with large multi-brand mobile sales in both distribution and e-commerce platforms
· Expertise in negotiating terms with distributors, retailers, and other partners
· Deep understanding of the mobile handset industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
· Strong knowledge of mobile handsets, features, and technology
· Well connected to the local mobile industry distributor, channel partners and retailers
· Should be agile, and able to execute the orders in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
