A. Distribution Planning & Coordination
- Receive distribution plan/menu from production team.
- Plan quantity allocation for each counter/location.
- Ensure timely movement of food from kitchen to distribution points.
- Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and serving teams.
B. Food Quality & Quantity Control
- Ensure correct quantity is distributed as per plan.
- Check quality, temperature, and freshness before dispatch.
- Avoid under-serving or over-serving.
- Ensure no mixing of old and fresh food.
C. Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure all staff/volunteers follow hygiene practices:
- Head cap
- Gloves
- Mask
- Monitor cleanliness of distribution counters.
- Ensure safe handling of food during transport and serving.
D. Team Supervision
- Supervise servers, helpers, and volunteers.
- Assign duties for each distribution point.
- Ensure discipline and proper behavior with public.
- Manage shift rotations during peak hours.
E. Crowd Management
- Ensure smooth flow of people at serving counters.
- Avoid overcrowding and confusion.
- Coordinate with security if required.
- Maintain calm and organized distribution during peak time/festivals.
F. Communication & Issue Handling
- Inform production team if additional quantity is required.
- Communicate immediately if any item gets over.
- Handle complaints from public/devotees politely.
- Escalate major issues to reporting manager.
G. Waste Control
- Monitor leftover food at each counter.
- Avoid excess distribution leading to wastage.
- Ensure proper handling of excess food as per SOP (reuse/disposal).
H. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily records:
- Quantity received vs distributed
- Balance/leftover
- Prepare and submit daily distribution report.
- Report shortages, excess, or issues.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
