We are currently hiring for the position of Relationship Manager (RM) with (Basic Home Loan - Fintech Company) on Fixed Salary.
Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Chandigarh & Lucknow
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA Fixed + Incentives
Interview Mode: Telephonic / Virtual / F2F
Product: Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Sales
Experience in DSA sourcing, builder sourcing, channel sales, or direct sales will be preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven professional
