ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for two driven and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to grow our fertilizer business. This is a pure field role — you will be on the ground, building relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers, and driving sales targets independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cover your assigned territory across Gujarat extensively — this is a road-heavy, field-first role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
- Generate leads, follow up, and close sales for fertilizer products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers
- Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
- Report daily field activities and pipeline updates to the reporting manager
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of field sales experience — FMCG, Pharma, Agri-inputs, Pesticides, or similar preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive travel
- Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication
