- Site Layout and Surveying: Setting out the site, checking alignment, levels, and surveying the land to ensure precise construction.
- Technical Supervision: Interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD designs to guide construction crews.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Planning, ordering, and managing construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Project Management: Monitoring progress, preparing site reports, and identifying potential delays to keep projects within budget and schedule.
- Collaboration: Working with architects, contractors, and clients to solve on-site technical issues
