We are looking for a passionate and motivated Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students who wish to pursue higher education abroad, guiding them through the admission process, and assisting them in selecting the right course, university, and destination based on their academic profile and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students' academic background and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with university applications and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure timely submission of application documents.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of study abroad destinations such as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the USA, or Europe.
- Familiarity with university admission processes and student visa procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
