Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory compliance reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC regulations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
