Job Summary:
The placement Officer is responsible for connecting students with internship and employment opportunities by developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, corporate partners, and recruiters. The role involves coordinating placement activities, conducting employer outreach, organizing recruitment drives, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. The Placement Officer will work closely with the Training and Academic teams to enhance students' employability while achieving the organization's placement objectives through effective planning, communication, and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Identify and generate internship and job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and hiring events.
- Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring status.
- Maintain accurate placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned placement goals.
- Coordinate with the training team to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Organize placement-related events, employer engagement programs, and career development sessions.
- Provide regular placement updates and reports to the management.
Qualifucations:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, career services, in Ed-Tech Industry
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
