CCTech's mission is to transform human life by the democratization of technology. We are a well established digital transformation company building the applications in the areas of CAD, CFD, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, 3D Webapps, Augmented Reality, Digital Twin, and other enterprise applications.
We have two business divisions: product and consulting.
simulationHub is our flagship product and the manifestation of our vision. Currently, thousands of users use our CFD app in their upfront design process.
Our consulting division, with its partners such as Autodesk Forge, AWS and Azure, is helping the world's leading engineering organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 list of companies, in achieving digital supremacy.
About SimulationHub
SimulationHub is on a mission to democratize simulation technology. We build
industry-specific SaaS applications on our cloud CFD platform, making high-fidelity
engineering simulation accessible on any device — laptops, tablets, or smartphones.
Our product portfolio spans three verticals:
Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) — Automated CFD analysis for valve
manufacturers, replacing weeks of manual simulation with a self-driving
workflow. 15–20+ paying subscribers across global markets including Bray
International, Entech Controls, Flo-Tite, and GM Engineering.
Buildings AI — AI-powered LEED and ECBC energy compliance automation,
turning $100K+ certification workflows into $500 automated assessments. First
paid customer secured.
Fabric Duct Design Suite — Design and simulation tools for fabric duct
manufacturers, launched with active partnership pipeline.
We serve HVAC, architectural, valve, and building construction industries — helping
leaders improve design performance early in the cycle and accelerate time-to-market.
The Role
This is not a "create some content and run campaigns" role. This is a leadership hire —
the first dedicated product marketing leader for a business unit that has validated
product-market fit across multiple verticals and now needs to build the commercial
engine to scale from early traction to 100+ customers per product line.
You will own the entire product marketing function: positioning, go-to-market strategy,
demand generation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and brand building —
across AVC, Buildings AI, and Fabric Duct.
You will work directly with the BU Head and engineering teams to shape product
direction, drive launches, and grow adoption post-launch
What You'll Do
Strategy & Positioning
- Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each
product vertical (AVC, Buildings AI, Fabric Duct)
- Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and
market expansions
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks — track existing completion, and
emerging cloud-native simulation tools
- Define pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with leadership
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own the marketing funnel from awareness to MQL to sales handoff
- Plan and execute campaigns across channels: webinars, workshops, email
nurtures, content marketing, landing pages, social media, and industry events
- Drive inbound lead generation through thought leadership content (LinkedIn,
technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies)
- Manage and optimize the website and digital presence for conversion
Sales Enablement
- Build sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, competitive
battle cards, demo scripts
- Enable the sales process with prospect-ready materials that address buyer
objections across different personas (CTOs, Design Heads, Sustainability
Officers)
- Support key deals with custom content and positioning guidance
Events & Industry Presence
- Represent simulationHub at industry events (Valve World, ACREX, ASHRAE
events, ISHRAE conferences)
- Plan booth presence, speaking opportunities, and workshop delivery
- Build relationships with industry associations (IVAMA, ASHRAE, ISHRAE)
Brand & Content
- Build simulationHub's brand identity and voice across all touchpoints
- Create and manage a content calendar that drives organic traffic and positions
simulationHub as a thought leader in simulation democratization
- Produce marketing content: case studies, application notes, video scripts, social
media campaigns
Team Building
- Build and lead a small, high-performing marketing and communications team
over time
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships for specialized
projects
Must Have
- Engineering background (Mechanical or related field) + MBA in
Marketing/Communications (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in
technical/engineering software
- Experience taking a product from early traction to growth stage — you've built the
playbook, not just executed someone else's
- Strong storytelling ability — you can translate deep technical concepts (CFD,
thermal simulation, LEED compliance) into buyer-friendly narratives
- Data-driven — you set KPIs, measure funnel performance, and iterate based on
evidence
- Hands-on digital marketing skills: SEO, email automation, LinkedIn campaigns,
Google Ads, webinar platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team where you own outcomes end to-end
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge of Building Simulation, HVAC, or Valve industries
- Familiarity with the CAE/simulation software landscape
- Experience marketing to global B2B buyers (North America, Europe, Middle East)
- Understanding of LEED, ASHRAE 90.1, ECBC, or related green building standards
- Experience with Zoho CRM/SalesIQ, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation
platforms
- Direct leadership role with high visibility and ownership
- Opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up for a product
portfolio with validated global customers
- Work at the intersection of AI, simulation, and sustainability — high-impact,
high-growth space
- Employee development, mentorship, and a defined career pat
