About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Office Admin to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our Ayurvedic Center. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain accurate records, coordinate appointments, and ensure the smooth functioning of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers to provide information about the Ayurvedic center's treatments and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and follow up with potential clients.
- Manage lead generation activities and convert inquiries into appointments and admissions.
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, providing complete information about services and treatment packages.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM or register.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to schedule consultations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and appointment booking targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate
- Kerala-based candidates are preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore (Kasturinagar).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
