Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, and ongoing offers.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career options.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Schedule demo classes and follow up until admission.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Handle walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
