Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC VMC Programmer who has strong experience in CAM programming and machine setup. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating efficient machining programs, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Program CNC VMC machines using CAM software (Mastercam) and FANUC Oi MF Plus control
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols
- Create proper machine setup procedures for VMC operations
- Perform drilling, milling, tapping, and machining operations on metal and plastic parts
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
- Verify programs and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and machining
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.)
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time, minimize scrap, and improve efficiency
Experience
- Turning and Milling: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of CNC VMC programming
- Experience with Mastercam software
- Familiarity with FANUC Oi MF Plus control
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
