Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
