About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Trainee / Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the field, meet potential clients face-to-face, explain our services, and generate high-quality business leads. This is a 100% on-field role, perfect for freshers who want to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Field Market Visits: Daily travel to assigned local markets, commercial hubs, or residential areas within Ahmedabad to identify prospective clients.
Lead Generation: Initiate conversations with new customers, pitch our services effectively, and collect their verified contact details (Name, Phone Number, Business Requirements).
Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain an accurate daily log of all field visits and submit the collected leads using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for field visits, client interaction, and lead generation.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vehicle Ownership: Must own a personal two-wheeler (Bike or Scooter) with a valid driving license.
Smartphone: Must have an Android smartphone with an active internet data connection.
Local Language: Good spoken communication skills in Gujarati or Hindi to handle local market clients easily.
Field Readiness: Candidate must be 100% comfortable working outdoors on the field throughout the day.
Salary & Compensation:
Fixed Salary / Stipend: Monthly fixed payout.
Travel Allowance (TA): Additional petrol expenses will be covered for all official field travel.
Incentives: Highly attractive, performance-based incentives for every verified lead or successful conversion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
