Job Description: Executive Assistant – Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain sales and marketing reports.- Track sales targets, orders, and performance updates.
- Manage all sales and business-related documents.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with the Business Development team.
- Provide regular updates to the Director on the progress and work done by
Business Development Managers.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and presentations.- Support the BD team in planning, coordination, and process improvements.
Requirements:
MBA in Sales & Marketing from a top institute.- Experience in sales report management and data analysis.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
