Quality Controller:
We are looking for a Quality Controller to inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company, customer and regulatory quality standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, identifying defects, maintaining quality records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect raw materials, production processes and finished goods
* Perform quality checks and measurements as per standards
* Identify defects and report quality issues
* Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
* Work with production teams to improve product quality
Requirements:
* Experience in quality inspection or quality control or fresher with strong willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of quality standards and inspection methods
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Familiarity with measuring instruments and testing tools
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Preferred:
* Manufacturing or production industry experience
* Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production or related field
*Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
