We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. You’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by supporting daily bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems.
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Verify expense claims and support payroll processing.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve account queries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
