The Production Associate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end production process of modular furniture, including wardrobes and kitchen units. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD drawings, coordination with design and factory teams, and ensuring high-quality execution as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work on AutoCAD drawings for modular wardrobes and kitchen layouts
- Assist in production planning and execution for Modulinea projects
- Coordinate with design, site, and installation teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure accurate material usage and minimize wastage
- Monitor quality control during manufacturing and finishing stages
- Supervise and support carpentry, assembly, and installation processes
- Maintain production timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Identify and resolve technical or production issues
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required, 3D is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of modular furniture production (wardrobes & kitchens)
- Knowledge of materials, hardware, and fittings used in modular systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic understanding of factory processes and machinery
- Good coordination and communication skills
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in modular furniture production / interior manufacturing preferred
