Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other outbound sales activities.
- Research target markets, industries, and key decision-makers to generate high-quality business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and effectively present Foxy Digits' services and solutions.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and update customer interactions in CRM software.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year or above of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting is an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Relevant sales or business development certifications will be considered a plus.
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities completed.
- Meetings and appointments scheduled with potential clients.
- Lead-to-client conversion rate.
- Contribution to sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
