Job Description
LookConnect is hiring a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate should have experience in installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems. You will visit customer locations, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure high-quality service with excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair Split, Window, Inverter, Cassette, Tower, and Commercial AC units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot cooling issues, gas leakage, electrical faults, compressor failures, PCB faults, and water leakage.
- Perform preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, and periodic servicing.
- Carry out refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.
- Replace defective spare parts and components as required.
- Test AC units after repair to ensure proper performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate service reports and update job completion status.
- Educate customers on proper AC usage and maintenance.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
- Travel to customer locations for doorstep service appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year of experience as an AC Technician.
- Knowledge of AC installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service calls.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
