Ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.
* Coordinate with all departments to maintain uninterrupted patient care.
* Monitor patient flow across OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, and diagnostic services.
* Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources and facilities.
* Conduct regular rounds across departments to assess operational efficiency.
Patient Care & Experience
* Address patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
* Resolve complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
* Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service excellence.
* Facilitate VIP patient management and special care requirements.
* Monitor patient waiting times and service turnaround times.
