Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Graphic Design Specialist who can transform raw content into visually engaging and impactful business presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, graphic design, and marketing collateral creation, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations from scratch using provided content, notes, or rough concepts.
- Create executive presentations, sales decks, proposals, and training materials with compelling visual storytelling.
- Develop infographics, icons, diagrams, process flows, timelines, and data visualizations.
- Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, one-pagers, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, typography, color schemes, and visual identity.
- Improve existing presentations by enhancing layout, graphics, animations, and readability.
- Create interactive PowerPoint presentations with hyperlinks, navigation menus, animations, and transitions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure presentations are accurate, visually appealing, and error-free.
- Maintain reusable templates, icon libraries, and design assets.
Skill Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Figma (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Infographic and data visualization skills
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities
