Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
- Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow for automation.
