- Review foundry non-conformance issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with foundry suppliers and ensure closure of NCNs.
- Perform casting layout inspection and disposition review.
- Handle quality system documentation and reporting.
- Conduct supplier audits and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper casting inspection and process monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in:
- 8D Problem Solving
- Pareto Analysis
- Why-Why Analysis
- Cause & Effect Diagram
- Experience in Iron Foundry processes and casting inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary:
- Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s capability and experience.
