This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and creating strategic sales plans. You will oversee sales operations, manage customer accounts, prepare reports, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage customer accounts, analyze sales data, and create detailed reports
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and corporate sales is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Team leadership experience and the ability to train and guide sales teams
- Motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a target-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹57,098.76 per month
