Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Management (MBA/M.Com or relevant postgraduate qualification) from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a university, college, or higher education institution.
- Strong understanding of management concepts and the ability to deliver engaging lectures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage academic responsibilities independently and work collaboratively with the academic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate management courses using practical and industry-oriented teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and maintain academic documentation.
- Mentor students and support their academic, professional, and career development.
- Manage attendance, internal assessments, marks records, and course-related compliance requirements.
- Support university documentation, academic audits, accreditation processes, and institutional reporting.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and academic improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth delivery of programs and student learning outcomes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
