The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
