We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between property owners and prospective buyers. You will guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, turning leads into successful property transactions. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on inbound inquiries, conduct cold outreach, and network to build a robust pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their specific needs, financial capabilities, and property preferences, matching them with the perfect listings.
- Property Showings: Conduct engaging, professional property viewings and site visits, highlighting unique selling points and investment potential.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, handling objections smoothly to close win-win deals.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and upcoming developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales stages in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements & Skills)
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales (Real estate experience is a major plus, but a stellar track record in high-ticket B2C sales, luxury retail, or insurance works too).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Resilience: A self-motivated "go-getter" attitude with a thick skin—rejection doesn't slow you down.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and non-traditional hours to accommodate client schedules for property viewings.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, social media for personal branding, and real estate portal tools.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to site visits and client meetings.
