About the Role:
Madhura Properties is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial construction, be proficient in 2D/3D layout preparation, and be capable of managing site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review 2D and 3D layout drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Perform site measurements, quantity estimation, and material verification.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and support smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, estimation, and billing.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential layout development.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
