Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage and execute live streaming sessions across various digital platforms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, speakers, and technical vendors to ensure smooth execution of live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage live streaming sessions/webinars.
- Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and technical teams before and during live sessions.
- Handle platform setup, links, and live chat interactions.
- Ensure video and audio quality throughout the stream.
- Maintain streaming reports, attendance logs, and feedback summaries.
- Support promotional activities before and after live sessions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field; background in media, communications, or marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in live streaming, event coordination, or digital media.
- Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube Live, Zoom, Teams, or Vimeo.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment is an advantage.
