o Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes and standards.

o Oversee the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
o Ensure thorough testing of enhancements, bug fixes, and new features.
o Collaborate with developers, solutions consultants, and other stakeholders to define testing and sign off criteria.
· Process Improvements
o Continuously improve workflows and tools to increase efficiency.
o Stay updated on emerging QA technologies and trends.
· Reporting and Documentation
o Track and report QA metrics (ex: test coverage, pass/fail rates, defect slippage, etc…)
o Document and communicate test results, defects, and resolutions to stakeholders.

- 9-15 years’ experience with a Software dev and or tech background with exposure to leading the team of Quality Assurance Analysts or SDET.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one Hexure products and high-level knowledge of the other products.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
