Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves traveling to meet potential clients, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet potential customers to present and promote company products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Negotiate deals and handle objections effectively
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services/products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel frequently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
