Key Responsibilities
- Job Costing: Match specific project costs to specific project budgets.
- Billing & Retainage: Create invoices for clients and track retainage (money held back until the project finishes).
- Subcontractor Management: Process payment requests from outside workers and review contracts.
- Payroll: Handle specific construction payroll rules, such as union pay rates or specific tax laws
Qualifications Needed
- Education: Master or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of accounting experience, ideally in construction.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software (like QuickBooks or Tally).
- Attention to detail: Must spot budget overruns and track complex WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹41,859.03 per month
