Role Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training in BFSI, BPO, and Retail domains along with soft skills sessions, while actively supporting student mobilisation, engagement, and placement activities. The role requires strong on-ground presence, industry linkage, and a target-oriented approach to ensure successful enrolment and placement outcomes.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Bachelor’s degree / preferable commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, or skill development programs
- Experience in student mobilisation and community outreach preferred
- Exposure to government or CSR-funded projects is an added advantage
Key Skills Required
- Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, BPO, or Retail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver technical and soft skills training (communication, interview readiness)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, digital tools)
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel and relocate as required
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver structured training sessions aligned with curriculum (BFSI/BPO/Retail)
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
Student Engagement & Retention
- Monitor attendance, assess performance, and support student development
- Ensure course completion through continuous mentoring and follow-ups
Mobilization & Admissions
- Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and community outreach activities
- Support student enrolment and participation
Program Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth program execution
Field Coordination & Reporting
- Manage district-level activities, stakeholder engagement, and MIS reporting
Additional Responsibilities
- Support program operations, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
