Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Fresher or with 1–2 years of experience) to join our Production Department. The candidate will support manufacturing activities related to induction heating equipment, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain quality and safety standards. Basic communication skills and willingness to learn are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and execution of induction heating machines and components.
- Support assembly, testing, and inspection of mechanical parts and finished products.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Identify basic production issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing/production (preferably in machinery or engineering industry).
Skills Required
- Basic technical knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing.
- Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
- Basic understanding of drawings, tools, and measurement instruments.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
