Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. Your primary focus will be to directly reach out to business owners, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers, consult on their technological needs, and pitch our elite suite of IT and marketing services to help them scale efficiency and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation: Actively discover and reach out to business executives through targeted outbound calls, professional networking, and relationship building.
- Strategic Pitching: Effectively present digital transformation solutions including Custom Website Design, Mobile Apps, Enterprise Software, and AI/ML technologies.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the client journey from initial outbound touchpoint and requirements gathering to pricing proposal alignment and final onboarding.
- Consultative Sales: Identify structural and digital gaps in a prospect's operations and present Durrani Tech solutions as the premium response.
- Target Execution: Successfully meet and exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly revenue milestones.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate
Proven background in IT Sales, Tech Support Sales, or high-velocity Telemarketing.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, lead generation.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
