Job description:
- Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Ensuring technology solutions meet business needs.
- Assist users in installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
- Provide training to staff on IT systems, security protocols, and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards.
- Overseeing the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with technology trends and advancements to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Solving date to day issues of technologies.
- Assembling, troubleshooting & maintenance of Computers.
- Installation & maintenance of printers, scanners.
- Working with troubleshooting related to mail services, telephone system.
- Monitoring servers and devices.
- Handling CCTV malfunctioning.
- Co-ordinate with Annual Maintenance Contractor vendor.
- Maintain software and hardware inventory, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Co-ordination with Head Office staff and solving their IT related issue.
- Attending head office as required.
- Keeping stock of external Computer devises.
- Searching vendor of IT equipment & Managing vendor relationships.
- Maintaining stationery of Printer i.e. Cartridge, tonner.
- Preparing list of user id & passwords.
- Keeping confidential of company records & passwords.
- Perform regular backups and ensure the security of company data.
- Arrange training of IT for staff members.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet connections.
- Support network security measures, including firewall and antivirus management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
