Job Title: Demat Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Demat Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads into Demat account openings through telesales activities. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth account opening experience while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong understanding of Demat accounts, including features, benefits, and account opening procedures
· Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages of opening a Demat account
· Conduct outbound telesales calls to engage leads and convert them into successful account openings
· Address customer queries, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the account opening process
· Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized service
· Provide end-to-end assistance during the account opening process and resolve post-sales queries
· Track and analyze telesales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
· Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and sales systems
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from any recognized board
· Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred
· 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (preferably in financial services or stock market industry)
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
· Familiarity with CRM software and telesales tools
· Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products is an advantage
Experience:
· 6 Months to 2 Years
Compensation:
· Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
· Additional performance-based incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
