Urgently looking for the Chef de Partie (CDP) in Gurgaon Sector-45
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes.
· Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently.
· Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
· Follow FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards.
· Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
· Minimize food wastage using FIFO and portion control.
· Train and support junior kitchen staff.
· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
· Comply with company SOPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
