About the Roles
We are looking for professionals who can drive sales growth, expand market coverage, develop strong distributor and retailer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our FMCG food-product business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Develop and expand distributor and retail networks.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Identify new markets, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor field activities.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- For ASM: Lead, guide, and monitor the field sales team and manage the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of FMCG sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu / Chennai market.
- Experience in distributor and retailer management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong market-development and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Relevant food/FMCG sales experience will be preferred.
