Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist responsible for generating qualified leads for our Mobile Application Development and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in email campaign strategy, database management, and conversion-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Build and manage targeted email lists for B2B outreach across industries.
- Design engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and cold outreach emails.
- Identify and target potential clients for mobile app development and digital marketing services.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain CRM and ensure proper lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation (preferably in IT services).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development and digital marketing services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of automation workflows and drip campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services.
