Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, exit formalities, and employee documentation.
- Handle recruitment for mid-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor ISO 45001 standards and related documentation to ensure organizational compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Support policy formulation and ensure effective implementation across the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 45001 implementation, documentation, and compliance management is mandatory.
- Experience in handling ISO audits and maintaining compliance records.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
