Job PurposeTo supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for QSR construction, fit-out, renovation and projects, ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines with the clients. Working experience with the Brands like McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Express, PF Chang, Dominos, Subway etc is must. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for manpower, materials, work execution, productivity, coordination with agencies, and daily site reporting, Billing etc. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction and fit-out activities at QSR sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor activities including:
- Civil and masonry work
- Flooring and tiling
- False ceiling and partition
- Painting and polishing
- Plumbing and drainage
- Electrical works
- HVAC-related coordination
- MS/SS fabrication
- Carpentry and furniture installation
- Doors, windows and glass works
- Kitchen and back-of-house works
- Signage and branding works
- External and miscellaneous repair works
- Ensure proper sequence and coordination of different trades to avoid delays.
B. Material Management
- Check availability of materials required for daily activities.
- Coordinate with stores, vendors, and subcontractors for timely material availability.
- Check quantity and basic quality of materials received at site.
- Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.
- Minimize material wastage and unauthorized usage.
- Inform the concerned person in advance regarding material shortages.
C. Quality Control
- Ensure workmanship meets the required quality standards.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishes, slopes, joints, etc.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects and arrange rectification immediately.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure completed areas are protected from damage.
- Assist in closing snags and punch-list items before handover.
D. Daily Progress Monitoring
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Record the quantum of work completed against planned activities.
- Report manpower deployed and productivity achieved.
- Highlight delays, constraints, material shortages, and site issues.
- Take photographs of important activities and completed work.
- Maintain activity-wise progress records.
E. Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Coordinate different agencies working simultaneously at the site.
- Ensure work fronts are available for respective teams.
- Immediately communicate any drawing, design, measurement, or execution-related issue.
- Support inspections by client/consultant/brand representatives.
F. Safety
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Follow site safety procedures and instructions.
- Ensure safe use of ladders, scaffolding, electrical tools, cutting machines, welding equipment, etc.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, barricaded where required, and free from hazards.
- Ensure no unauthorized or unsafe work is carried out.
G. QSR-Specific Responsibilities
- Understand the importance of opening/handover deadlines for QSR outlets.
- Prioritize critical-path activities affecting outlet opening.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, kitchen, furniture, signage, branding, and equipment installation activities.
- Ensure minimum disruption to operational outlets during renovation/repair works.
- Maintain cleanliness and customer-facing appearance during works.
- Ensure night-shift or restricted-hour activities are properly coordinated where required.
- Support final snagging, deep cleaning, testing, commissioning, and handover.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs.
- Ability to measure and quantify site work.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Practical knowledge of civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and fabrication works.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
4. Qualification & ExperienceQualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil, Construction, Interior, or relevant field preferred.Experience:
3–7 years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or QSR projects. Experience in multi-site QSR/retail fit-out and renovation projects will be an advantage.5. Personal AttributesThe ideal candidate should be:

6. Authority & AccountabilityThe Site Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day execution and productivity of the assigned site and is expected to immediately escalate any issue relating to:
- Cost impact
- Time delay
- Design/drawing discrepancy
- Material shortage
- Quality failure
- Safety concern
- Client/brand concern
- Labour or subcontractor dispute
Primary objective: Ensure that the assigned QSR site is completed safely, on time, with the required quality and minimum rework/wastage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
