The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise and experience in hiring healthcare professionals, faculty members, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Social Media, References, and Networking
- Screening, shortlisting, and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads and management
- Managing recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
- Preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities
- Building employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related discipline
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
- Healthcare, Hospital, Medical College, or Educational Institution recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
