Job Title: Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners
- Pitch the business model to prospective partners
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate and close B2B partnership deals
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners
- Maintain and update sales pipelines through CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 8 Years of Experience
- Experience in Franchise Sales, IT Sales, Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach

- Location: Andheri, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday Off)
- Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy
- Immediate joiners preferred
