About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive site management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously is preferred.
- Experience managing large teams of workers and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
