The Business Performance Senior Manager will lead the AIN Project Controls Team, ensuring financial discipline, project controls governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of high-impact technology initiatives. This role will drive standardization, talent development, strategic planning, and partnership with senior leadership and U.S.-based execution teams.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of project controls, project management, portfolio management, or strategic finance experience.

Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.

Strong expertise in Anaplan, SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

10+ years of project controls or project management experience.

PMP, CCP, PSP, EVP, or equivalent certifications.
